Swimming rocks!

I totally survived swimming! All 2250 meters!!! No cramps! We did the regular warm up and some drill work, then a straight 1500 meters (60 lengths of the pool) without stopping… and trying to do flip turns. I was so worried about cramping because that tends to happen when my legs are fatigued. The calves were really sore, but held up. In fact, they feel fractionally better after the swim.

Had a ham & turkey sandwich and now it’s time for BED. I’ll sleep good tonight!  :O)
