I think I’m going to be sore tomorrow. Already I can feel it when I lift my arms up. Just wait until the sitting/standing soreness kicks in, that’s when you know you had a good work out. 😛 I didn’t sleep well last night (maybe due to the afternoon coffee), but I’m ready to take on another week. Bring it!

Thanks for forcing me to the pool after circuit class yesterday. I know we only did 15 minutes in the pool, but that’s over an hour total exercise. Pretty good start for our Tri training ramp up 🙂
