I tried out my new “body analysis scale” today and had a serious wake up call. I know I’ve been gaining weight, but didn’t realize how much. I don’t even want to say on here…. but I will because it keeps me accountable. The new scale says I weigh 232 pounds and have 39.9% body fat. True, this is right after Thanksgiving, but still really sucks. I need to loose at least 36 pounds of  fat in order to reach the upper end of “average” percentile for women.

Tomorrow is a new day!
