Quick weigh in

I jumped on my home scale (which I have trust issues with) and weighed about 2 pounds less than last time. So it appears I’ve undone the small gain of last week, plus some! I don’t have access to a dependable scale until next Monday, but I’m already looking forward to a better number…. not that numbers really mean too much. I feel good and my muscles are feeling stronger and I did my fasted 5k run last weekend. I’ll take it! 🙂
