Today I get to attend a full day of continuing education with hundreds of other ophthalmology techs in Seattle. Could be fun and interesting. Might even run into past coworkers. After the conference Yancy is picking me up and we’re heading North to look at another duplex. It’s a long shot because of the drive, but what better way to check out the commute than to head up there in Friday evening traffic? Tomorrow we have several more places lined up to see.
Oh, and Yancy was told yesterday that they’d be offering him the job at Amazon, but he hasn’t received the official letter yet. Hopefully today!!! What a relief to know that he’s finally going to have a permanent position at a company he loves. I see brighter skies ahead. 😉
