About me

My name is Amy Lynn. I am an optimist, almost to a fault at times. I like action, and easily get tired of talk. That’s not to say that I’m never lazy, but I’m known to be a “wave-starter.” I only get one life to live and I want it to be be full of fun experiences, love, joy, success, and adventure. I crave knowledge and understanding. I dream big. Life is a journey and I’m excited about where it’s going to take me.

Like most women, I struggle with issues of weight and self-confidence. I face daily inner-struggles of making wise decisions and don’t always pick the right thing. I live with many regrets, but am still proud of who I am and how far I’ve come in life. Living each day at a time, I can point my life in a direction I choose. That’s what I’m all about right now, DOING what is good and healthy for me. I want to be physically healthy, emotionally well, and financially free of debt. I want to keep good friendships and surround myself with positive things.

I have started this blog as an expression of me. It helps me sort out my thoughts and keep motivated in the various challenges I’m working on. I love feedback and will appreciate any encouragement you can send my way!   🙂

P.S. My husband’s name is Yancy and I talk about him all the time.  :O)  I also have a cat named Colby Jack…. cheesy, I know!   😛

I love the new website, and the picture of you by the waterfall. You might persue a career in photography. I enjoyed a lovely ride on my new bike today, and am starting a new diet program as well. I look forward to watching your progress at the same time.

Wow, I always knew you were awesome but I’m really impressed now. You keep life real and precious. We all face ups and downs. You have chosen to stay positive and that is the key to happiness.

I feel identified with you in the way that I regret about many things in my life. I could turn back time I would have taken other decisions.
But I strongly look up your determination to make use of life and to live a proper life in emotionally, healthy and financially terms. It is unavoidable to make mistakes but do not think about the past because unfortunatelly it is impossible to change it. So just focus on the present time and the future and I see you have a strong whilling to do it.
